Dr. Perez-Stable grew up in South Florida. After high school, he attended Loyola University in New Orleans. Graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He then went to the University of Miami School of Medicine and received his Doctorate of Medicine. He then completed his family medicine residency in Spartanburg, South Carolina. After completing his residency, he returned to South Florida to begin his career.

Dr. Perez-Stable has strong family values and brings this attribute to work every day. He likes to get to know his patients and usually runs behind schedule, giving each patient the time they need. He is a big believer in preventative health care and strongly advocates proper nutrition. When not in the office he can usually be found at the gym or the beach playing beach volleyball.
